All orders are processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After processing, shipping typically takes 7-15 business days for delivery. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and location.

Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept all payment methods displayed on our checkout page.

Cancellations

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at sunshinelamb36600@gmail.com within this period to initiate the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. In those cases, nativecos will cover the return shipping fees.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
